WITH Pancake Tuesday coming up, it’s the perfect time to start some new family traditions.
The beauty of pancakes is that they are incredibly simple to make, meaning the entire family can get involved.
You can get your youngest to weigh out the ingredients, whilst your eldest help with the flipping.
As for adding your toppings, that’s a free-for-all in our household.
With regard to what to layer your pancake with, anything goes – from the classic lemon and sugar, to Nutella and banana.
And, for those lacking a sweet tooth, I’ve included a savoury crêpe option this week, although you may get a confused look from your little one with their face covered in chocolate.
