What is, What's it all about? all about?
It's not just about making food you'll enjoy eating. It's about making time you'll ejoy having. It's a journey across 20 years of cooking in Belfast - at Niall's first restaurant in the city, James Street South, its Bar and Grill sidekick, The Great British Menu TV show, Hadskis, Cast and Crew and now finally in his new place, Waterman. The recipes in his book are customer favourites from that time and Niall's too.
At this cookery class you will learn how to make:
- Champ bread rolls;
- Baked scallop;
- Lamb neck fillet, salt baked celeriac and hispie cabbage;
- Salted caramel chocolate mousse
Tickets are priced at £130 per person and will also include a copy of his new book for you to recreate the dishes at home - happy cooking!
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
This class lasts approximately 3 hours, including time to sit down and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink.
