Join us at Waterman House Cookery School as we take you through how to recreate classic Spanish dishes which you can easily replicate in your own home. We welcome you to the Cookery School as we take you through the Best of Spain.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
Allow our chef to guide you through a great selection of dishes including:
- Padron Peppers
- Smoked Almonds
- Prawn Pil Pil
- Baked Paella with Chicken and Chorizo
- Salsa Verde
- Patatas Bravas with tomato sauce and aioli
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes and sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
