At this class we will make the following 3 course meal:
- Prawn Cocktail with Marie Rose sauce
- Sirloin steak with hasselback potatoes, vine roasted tomatoes and bearnaise sauce
- Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal with a complimentary drink. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
