Allow our chef to guide you through cooking beautiful middle eastern streetfood. This is a practical workshop where you will learn to work with spices and how to create a quick and tasty streetfood dishes.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
In this class you will make:
- Falafels with tahini sauce
- Lamb kofta kebabs with minted yohurt
- Fattoush with crispy olive pitta bread
It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
