Join us at the Cookery School as we take you through how to recreate classic Italian dishes which you can easily replicate in your own home, paired with 3 Italian wines.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
At this class you will learn how to make:
- Aglio, Olio & Peperoncino
- Fresh pasta
- Rabbit Ragu with parmesan polenta and black olives
This class lasts approximately 3 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your meal. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
