Join us at Waterman Cookery School for a fun relaxed afternoon of Spanish tapas and wine.


At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.


Being able to create the basics well, is a skill which we can all learn from and often use in the kitchen.


At this class you will learn how to make:



  • Padron peppers

  • Pan con tomate - classic Spanish tomato bread

  • Prawn pil pil

  • Patatas bravas with homemade garlic mayonnaise and tomato sauce


This class lasts approximately 2 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back and enjoy your delights, including a glass of wine. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
