Pasta is not something hard to cook and many of us live on this as a weekly staple, this workshop however will give you the opportunity to perfect the techniques in making fresh pasta and create the famous shapes of ravioli and tortellini.
At our cookery school we pride ourselves on not only providing top-notch educational classes for upskilling and acquiring new skills but also cultivating the perfect setting for a fun and interactive learning experience.
At this class you will learn how to make the following dishes:
- Ricotta and spinach ravioli with smoked almond pesto
- Truffle and mushroom tortellini
This class will last approximately 1.5 hours with plenty of time to cook the dishes, sit back. It also includes a recipe pack to take home.
This class is suitable for all, as we can tweak the dishes to suit your requirements.
